Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Commerce, GA

Everything was nice. The hotel is in a great location across the street from an outlet mall and around a lot of restaurants. My room was very big very clean. Everything worked. It was overall a very nice and comfortable stay. I want to shout out the receptionist Miss Robin ❤️when I tell you she answered every question I had about the area. I wanted to find the hotspots she helped with everything!! She went over and beyond to make sure that I was fine so I want to say thank you so much to Miss Robin again and for her alone I will probably come back to this hotel because she was so sweet and so helpful and so friendly, I just appreciate Robin. She always had a big smile in the morning and a joke as I went out the door for work and that made my day better thank you Miss Robin and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming into commerce Georgia. This is the hotel you need to stay in it is the best.

After a long and exhausting day at the soccer fields, my assistant coach and I were ready to call it a day. Unfortunately, our plans were disrupted by unexpected weather conditions that led to our elimination from the tournament. Disappointed but determined, we decided to make a last-minute call before heading home. To our surprise, the tournament Director contacted us with exciting news - there was an opportunity for us to participate in a semifinal game! However, this meant that we needed to find a place to rest and recharge before the big match. Given that it was a busy weekend with both the soccer tournament and college dorm move-ins taking place in the area, finding accommodation seemed like an impossible task. Hotels were completely sold out, leaving us stranded without any options. But then something amazing happened - the staff at one of the hotels we reached out to went above and beyond to assist us. Despite being fully booked due to the hectic weekend activities, they managed to knock down a room for us. Their willingness to accommodate our needs on such short notice truly amazed us. We cannot express enough appreciation for their exceptional customer service and dedication.

Stayed in a room with a king bed/bath for one night after a night in Atlanta. Check-in and check-out was fast and easy, and the room was above expectations for the price paid. There was a water main issue/boil advisory when we stayed, but staff was very accommodating and provided free water bottles. Though we were sad that no breakfast was offered due to the boil advisory, I can't knock off any stars for an issue out of the hotel's control.

Spend more money and stay anywhere else! We booked a suite for a week while visiting family. Upon arrival we asked to have the points added for our stay, which the clerk could not do and would not offer any advice as to how to make it happen. The indoor pool is freezing cold and there are no lights in the pool area....not sure how it stays open until midnight when there's no electricity. Our bathroom walls were dirty, I took a picture but there's no way to attach it. Our room was 'serviced' 3 of the 7 days but the sheets were never changed and we were never given new soap or coffee. The hotel is a place to sleep and get a mediocre breakfast but do not expect more than a half cleaned room...

This hotel was wonderful. From minute one things were good and just got better. Robin greeted me at the front desk and covered any and every need I had. All of the staff were so friendly and professional. The room was outstanding. It was super clean and very comfortable. The pool was also perfect. I just can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
